Bloc Party Openers: Holy Fuck, We Are Wolves

Montreal's We Are Wolves and Toronto's Holy Fuck will open for England's Bloc Party at several of their Canadian dates in March.

Bloc Party will play 10 Canadian shows as part of a North American tour that begins after their current European trek. We Are Wolves will open Bloc Party's first Toronto show on March 13, while Holy Fuck will open for the British band in Toronto on the next night, and at shows in London, Ont., Ottawa and Montreal.

We Are Wolves will tour Europe for two weeks in February and March before returning to play a Canadian Music Week showcase at Toronto's El Mocambo with Malajube, Pas Chic Chic, Duchess Says and Radio Radio the night before the Bloc Party gig.

Holy Fuck will play the All Tomorrow's Parties festival at the Butlins Holiday Centre in Minehead, England on May 15 along with The Breeders, Gang Of Four, Throwing Muses, Bon Iver, Teenage Fanclub, Kimya Dawson, Pit Er Pat, Deerhunter and Shellac.
