50 Cent On Turkish Game Show

50 Cent recently appeared on Var Misin Yok Musun. What's that? Why, it's the Turkish version of Deal Or No Deal.
50 Cent was greeted with a welcome he's probably never received on any television show (audiences don't normally chant his name here). Although most of the episode, which you can watch below, is in Turkish, the host talks to 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson) in English.
Fiddy's first role on the show was picking a box held by the show's oldest contestant, who had been very successful in previous episodes. He later performed "In Da Club" and seemed happy to announce that he'll return to Turkey in February after the release of Before I Self Destruct.
That album will be out on Feb. 3 through Interscope. It was originally supposed to be released in 2007, but 50 Cent decided to release Curtis instead. Before I Self Destruct features guest appearances from Dr. Dre, Eminem, Nate Dogg, Swizz Beatz and G-Unit members Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo.
It's a good thing that 50 Cent has an album to promote, because General Motors' financial woes have caused the company to cancel its plans to build a Fiddy-sponsored Pontiac G8 car/pickup truck hybrid that was supposed to go on sale later this year.
That bad news came a few days after the MTV reality show 50 Cent: The Money And The Power was cancelled due to poor ratings.
