DMX Back In Jail

DMX is back in Arizona resting in a jail cell.

DMX (real name Earl Simmons) was captured at producer Scott Storch's Florida mansion earlier this month after a $5,000 reward was issued for information leading to his arrest. The rapper was due to appear in court to face animal cruelty, drug possession and identity theft problems, but was a no-show.

DMX was extradited from Florida's Miami-Date County jail and is now back in Arizona's Maricopa County Jail. Bradford Cohen, DMX's lawyer, told TMZ.com that DMX may spend Christmas there. He's being held on a $120,000 bond.

The rapper told a deputy who flew back to Arizona with him that he disliked Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, according to ABC News. We're pretty sure the feeling's mutual.
