Jeff Buckley Comp Gets Reissued

Jeff Buckley
Jeff Buckley might be dead, but he may already have a leg up on any X Factor artist as far as next year's album sales go, because a compilation of his songs will be re-released in January in the U.K.

So Real: Songs From Jeff Buckley will come out on Jan. 19 through Sony. It was originally released in 2007, but will be reissued with a live acoustic version of "So Real," which was previously only available as a single.

Buckley's version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" is currently embroiled in a chart battle with the three finalists of X Factor, Britain's Canadian Idol-esque reality television show. Buckley fans have been buying his version of the track, which some consider to be even better than the original, in an effort to put it in the #1 spot over Christmas and stop X Factor contestants Alexandra Burke, Eoghan Quigg and boy band JLS from hitting the top spot.

Here are the songs on So Real: Songs From Jeff Buckley:

"Last Goodbye"
"Lover, You Should Have Come Over"
"Forget Her"
"Eternal Life" (road version)
"Dream Brother" (alternate take)
"The Sky Is A Landfill"
"Everybody Here Wants You"
"So Real" (acoustic track, live in Japan)
"Mojo Pin" (Live at Sin-E)
"Vancouver"
"Je N'En Connais Pas La Fin" (Live at Sin-E)
"Grace"
"Hallelujah"
"I Know It's Over" (radio session)
