Eva Mendes And Morrissey Naked?

Do you want to get naked with Morrissey? Actress Eva Mendes does.
Mendes (2 Fast 2 Furious, Once Upon A Time In Mexico) is an animal rights activist and wants Morrissey to pose naked with her in a People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals (PETA) advertisement. Mendes has already appeared nude in her own PETA anti-fur ad.
"I really do want to do a PETA ad with Morrissey, I'd be happy to do it naked if need be," she told the U.K.'s The Sun tabloid.
"I've done a lot of work with them and I know Morrissey is a big supporter of PETA, so here's hoping!"
OK, let's get this straight. Mendes wants the celibate Morrissey, of all people, to appear naked with her? Good luck with that. The thought of naked girl titties would probably make him fall back in a swoon.
Mendes knows getting Morrissey to be nude with her may not happen.
"Whether Morrissey would want to get naked with me is another question," she said. "Maybe he could come up with something more creative than out-and-out nudity."
We sincerely hope that idea doesn't involve a naked Mendes and a fully clothed Mozzer dressed as a priest. That's just very, very wrong.
In other news that might make you think "dream on," the U.K. music press is drooling over a possible Smiths reunion yet again.
Morrissey and ex-Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr have reportedly patched things up and are talking for the first time in years. To British music journalists, this means a reunion is two minutes away.
But Marr recently told NME.com that there's no chance of the '80s band getting back together.
"The stories circulating about a Smiths reunion are, as usual, untrue," Marr wrote in a statement to the website.
"I'm currently very excited about writing and recording with The Cribs for a new album to be released next summer and we're playing shows in February, so going back in time isn't in my plans."
Marr joined Modest Mouse in 2006 and became a member of The Cribs this year.
Morrissey has been busy with his own music lately. His ninth solo album, Years Of Refusal, is due out on Feb. 16 through Decca. He'll tour the U.K. and Ireland in support of the record in April and May, but he hasn't announced any American or Canadian dates (surprise, surprise on that one).
