Dragonette are letting you download two remixes of songs from their debut album, Galore.
"I Get Around" was a top 20 hit in Canada, and you can download the Midnight Juggernauts remix of that track here. The Ocelot remix of "Competition" can be found here.
Galore was released in September 2007 in Canada and Europe, but just hit American shelves two months ago. The disc garnered Dragonette a best new group nomination at this year's Juno Awards. Galore's "Get Lucky" was used in commericals for Vicks, American department store JCPenney and Dell computers.
Dragonette formed in 2005 and released their self-titled debut EP the same year. They consist of singer Martina Sorbara, bassist/producer Dan Kurtz, guitarist Will Stapleton and drummer Joel Stouffer. Kurtz, Sorbara's husband and a member of The New Deal, produced Feist's 1999 debut album, Monarch (Lay Your Jewelled Head Down).
You can see Dragonette on Dec. 13 at Toronto's Nathan Phillips Square as part of the city's month-long Cavalcade Of Lights festival.
