More Avril-Deryck Break-Up Rumours

We reported on rumours that Avril Lavigne and Sum 41 singer/guitarist Deryck Whibley's marriage was in trouble in October. Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton seems to think that's still the case.

Hilton wrote on Wednesday that Lavigne was spotted at West Hollywood nightclub Coco De Ville partying with Brandon Davis. He's an oil heir and actress Mischa Barton's (The O.C.) ex-boyfriend. He's also been to rehab for drug and alcohol problems.

The Gossip Girls website reports that before Lavigne and Davis went clubbing, they ate a fancy dinner at an upscale restaurant named Pace and left in a chauffeured SUV.

A source told the U.K.'s The Sun tabloid in October that Lavigne and Whibley had been "growing apart for months." Other rumours emerged that Whibley had been seen in public with another woman. The two later denied the rumours.

We really hope Lavigne and Davis aren't knocking boots, because he seems to be a bit of a D-bag. Hilton reported that Davis has repeatedly "couch surfed" at his friends' houses and allegedly stole a $100,000 U.S. diamond-encrusted watch from producer Scott Storch.

Davis backed his Mercedes into Pink's BMW on Sunday. According to sfgate.com, Pink emerged from a nearby nightclub after the incident, stopped Davis to get his insurance information and then apparently said she wanted to see the paparazzi footage so she could find out just how it happened.
