Videos From Plants And Animals, Acorn

Plants And Animals have just released a video for "Feedback In The Field" from Parc Avenue.
The video features impressive stop-time animation (that must've been a bitch to edit) of the band playing in a room before they congregate with a ton of animals to dance in the street. Animals seen in the video include a pterodactyl, a pony with hot pink mane and a duck with googley eyes. No plants were seen dancing and, frankly, that makes us sad.
Here's the vid:
Check out this clip of singer/guitarist Warren Spicer, drummer Matthew Woodley and guitarist/bassist Nicolas Basque in that same awesome hat here.
While Parc Avenue didn't win this year's Polaris Music Prize, Basque claimed he could've definitely won the coveted Polaris Darts Competition.
Plants And Animals will play Halifax's infamous Marquee Club on Dec. 20 before it closes its doors for good. Los Angeles residents can see them play that city's Museum Of Natural History (where there are plenty of non-dancing plants kept behind glass) on Jan. 9.
Polaris long list nominees The Acorn have released a new video for "Crooked Legs" from last year's Glory Hope Mountain. Check out the Christopher Mills-directed clip and all of its fireflies here:

The Acorn play Barrymore's Music Hall in their hometown of Ottawa on Dec. 12 with Ohbijou.
