Silverstein Are Recording

Silverstein are in the studio recording their fourth album.
Drummer Paul Koehler wrote in a Nov. 20 post on the band's website that Silverstein are working with Cameron Webb, who produced 2005's Discovering The Waterfront, in "the Toronto-area."
"Most of our summer was spent writing new songs, and now we finally get to record them," Koehler wrote. "The next few months are going to be dedicated to the album and touring will resume in February."
Fans should expect the album sometime in the spring on Victory Records. There's no track list or title confirmed yet, but Silverstein recently posted a new track titled "Broken Stars" on their MySpace page. It's not known whether it will be included on the new album.
Silverstein formed in Burlington, Ont. in 2000. Their When Broken Is Easily Fixed debut came out three years later. Their most recent disc is 2007's Arrivals & Departures. The band also include vocalist Shane Told, bassist Bill Hamilton and guitarists Neil Boshart and Josh Bradford.
