Nickelback Flog The Horse On Tour

Nickelback's 2009 North American tour will see them play six Canadian dates, beginning on March 2 in Toronto.

Seether and Saving Abel will open the dates in support of Nickelback's recently released Dark Horse. You'll be able to get your tickets beginning on Dec. 5 through Livenation.com. If you're a Nickelback fan club member, you can get your mitts on them beginning Friday.

"We've been bitten too many times by going out too early," Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger said when Billboard.com asked him about why the tour had been scheduled for next year instead of around the time of Dark Horse's release. "I'm always adamant about making sure there's at least a true rock song from the band that's gone to radio, just to give a more diverse selection of music for people to listen to."
