Trews To Play War Child Event

The Trews will be one of several musical artists busking in support of War Child Canada in the Toronto Eaton Centre's Trinity Way on Monday.

The band, along with Liam Titcomb, Shiloh, One Second 2 Late, The Apollo Effect, cast members from TV's Degrassi: The Next Generation, and Canadian Idols Kalan Porter, Brian Melo and Eva Avila will perform and sign War Child bracelets from 12:15 to 9 p.m. A schedule is on the War Child website.

All the busking and five-dollar bracelet sales proceeds will go to help War Child and Spring Shoes rebuild African schools.
