Chromeo Get Remixed, Remix Vampire Weekend

Chromeo are offering three free remixes of "100%" from their Fancy Footwork sophomore album.

"100%" was remixed by Brooklyn/Atlanta DJ Treasure Fingers, Toronto house DJ Nacho Lovers and San Francisco's Trackademics for Fool's Gold, a label run by Chromeo singer/guitarist Dave 1's brother, A-Trak. You can download all three remixes from Vice Records' website.

Dave 1 (real name David Macklovitch) and P-Thugg (real name Patrick Gemayel), who call themselves "the only successful Arab/Jewish collaboration since the beginning of time," recently did a little remixing of their own. The duo took on Vampire Weekend's "The Kids Don't Stand A Chance" and turned it into a much dancier affair.

You can hear that remix here, or you can watch Chromeo and Vampire Weekend play the track live at the recent MTVU Woodie Awards below. The live version isn't the same as the remix. Chromeo won the left field Woodie at the Nov. 12 awards show.
