Festival Thyme is intended as a teaser EP to prepare fans for the release of the band's as-yet-untitled sixth album, which is tentatively due out in January. The album will be the band's first for their Justice Records imprint, Richter Scale Records. Trail Of Dead acrimoniously parted ways with major label Interscope Records earlier this year.
