Hot on the heels of a secret show held in Toronto on Tuesday night, word has come down that Burlington, Ont. rockers Finger Eleven will be the opening act for Kid Rock on his upcoming European tour.
We suspect there aren't any Waffle Houses in Europe, but we'd still like to warn our friends in F11 to be careful around Mr. Rock nonetheless. There's no telling what shenanigans they may get up to while hanging out with him.
We're not too worried, however. The Eleveners have been pretty good lately, taking home the SOCAN rock award honouring the success of single "Paralyzer" on Monday night, busking on the streets of Toronto for War Child Canada in October, and talking about beards and Don Cherry at the MuchMusic Video Awards.
Here are the currently announced Kid Rock/Finger Eleven dates:
Nov. 29 Dublin, Ireland @ Olympia Theatre
Nov. 30 London, England @ Apollo Hammersmith
Dec. 2 Zurich, Switzerland @ Maag Music Event Hall
Dec. 3 Munich, Germany @ Zenith
Dec. 6 Vienna, Austria @ Wiener Stadthalle
Dec. 7 Schladming, Austria @ Planai Arena
Dec. 9 Hamburg, Germany @ Sporthalle Hamburg
Dec. 10 Berlin, Germany @ Columbiahalle
Dec. 12 Offenbach, Germany @ Stadthalle Offenbach Veranstaltungs
Dec. 13 Tilburg, Netherlands @ O13
Dec. 14 Dusseldorf, Germany @ Philipshalle
Dec. 16 Stockholm, Sweden @ Klubben (F11 only)
