Campbell And Lanegan Return Together

Former Belle And Sebastian singer Isobel Campbell and ex-Screaming Trees frontman Mark Lanegan will release their second collaborative album, Sunday At Devil Dirt, on Nov. 18.
The Fontana International release, which is the follow-up to their 2006 Ballad Of The Broken Seas debut, has been out in the U.K. since May. The North American release will include five bonus tracks not featured on the U.K. version. Sunday At Devil Dirt's songs were written by Campbell, and Lanegan later added his vocals to them.
Campbell sang on Belle And Sebastian's first four albums: Tigermilk, If You're Feeling Sinister, The Boy With The Arab Strap and Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like A Peasant. She issued her first solo album, The Green Fields Of Foreverland, in 1999, and left Belle And Sebastian in 2002. Campbell and Lanegan began recording together in 2004.
Lanegan was with Screaming Trees from 1985 to 2000, has released six solo albums and is a member of The Gutter Twins with Greg Dulli. He's also collaborated with Dulli in The Twilight Singers and with Queens Of The Stone Age. He contributed to eight songs on Soulsavers' 2006 album, It's Not How Far You Fall, It's How You Land.
