The Foo Fighters played two shows this June at London, England's Wembley Stadium. The venue is the second largest stadium arena in Europe, and seats up to 90,000 people. Obviously, any gig at Wembley Stadium is a major event for a musician or band, so the Foo Fighters are set to document their two nights at Wembley with a DVD.
Live At Wembley Stadium will be released on DVD and Blu-Ray on Nov. 18. The RCA Records release features 18 tracks recorded over both of the Foos' headlining gigs at Wembley on June 6 and 7. It features a performance of Nirvana's "Marigold" (that Dave Grohl wrote), which is performed acoustically along with "My Hero" and "Cold Day In The Sun." Wallflowers organist Rami Jaffee, original Foo Fighters guitarist Pat Smear, violinist/cellist Jessy Greene, and percussionist/producer Drew Hester also make guest appearances.
Here's what's on Live At Wembley Stadium:
"The Pretender"
"Times Like These"
"No Way Back"
"Cheer Up, Boys (Your Make Up Is Running)"
"Learn To Fly"
"Long Road To Ruin"
"Breakout"
"Stacked Actors"
"Skin And Bones"
"Marigold"
"My Hero"
"Cold Day In The Sun"
"Everlong"
"Monkey Wrench"
"All My Life"
"Rock And Roll"
"Ramble On"
"Best Of You"
