Travis Barker was released from hospital on Friday.
Barker finally got out of Sherman Oaks, Calif.'s Grossman Burn Center after having been there for nearly a month. He was admitted there after a Sept. 19 plane crash that left him with second- and third-degree burns. Before he was transferred to the Grossman Burn Center, Barker was treated at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta, Ga.
The former Blink-182 drummer's release comes shortly after he posted on his MySpace page that he was "healing up quickly" and should be out of the hospital soon. According to the Associated Press, Barker will be treated at his California home. He apparently received seven skin grafts while in hospital, in addition to other surgeries.
DJ AM (real name Adam Goldstein) was in the plane with Barker when it crashed and also suffered severe burns. He was released from hospital last month. Barker's bodyguard, Charles Still, and his personal assistant, Chris Baker, were killed in the crash along with the plane's two pilots.
