Doperty Planning Weirdo Halloween?

Pete Doherty
Pete Doherty will be doing either one of two things (or maybe even both) on Halloween, and both are pretty... gnarly, and not in a good way.

According to Britain's Daily Star tabloid, Doperty will be spending Halloween with the Transmutants. The Transmutants are known for using clean needles to pierce themselves and apparently specialize in parties with "pain-themed entertainment."

While that seems yucky enough to us, the Daily Star reported last week that Doperty has offered to lock himself in a rat-filled coffin for an hour if rock band the Dead Kids can make just one of their fans cry while they play their song "Fear And Fluoride" at a secret Halloween show in London, England.

"We get all sorts of delinquents at our gigs," Dead Kids frontman Mike Title told the Daily Star. "It must be the name. Maybe he needs a bit of joy in his life and Dead Kids make you happy."

An organizer apparently told the Daily Star that the party's theme is "the return of the plague, so undead, infected guests like Pete will fit in perfectly."

We sincerely hope every Dead Kids fan's eyes stay dry on Halloween.
