Get Two Deerhunter Albums In One

When you buy Deerhunter's Microcastle on Oct. 28, you'll get a bonus album called Weird Era Cont.

Microcastle will be released as a two-CD set containing both albums. The vinyl version will also include a CD of Weird Era Cont. Some people may already be familiar with the material on Weird Era Cont., since it leaked on to the internet in August when Deerhunter frontman Bradford Cox's Mediafire account was broken into.

Producer Nicholas Vernhes (Animal Collective, Oakley Hall) recorded Microcastle at Brooklyn, N.Y.'s Rare Book Room Studio. It features a guest appearance from the Black Lips' Cole Alexander. It's Deerhunter's third album and follows last year's Cryptograms.
