Weezer Video Breaks World Records

A few months ago, we received the latest edition of Guinness World Records, which includes such pointless records as most snails on one person's face and most gloves worn at one time. Unless someone breaks the records that Weezer set at their video shoot for "Troublemaker" in August, there will be five new pointless Guinness World Records set by the band and their fans in the next edition of the tome when we receive it next year.

Weezer invited Guinness World Records official Stuart Claxton and hundreds of fans to a Los Angeles video shoot to be a part of these records:

Longest Guitar Hero World Tour Marathon
Largest Air Guitar Ensemble
Largest Game Of Dodgeball
Most People In A Custard Pie Fight
Most People Riding On A Skateboard

Weezer got two teams of 50 people to play the world's largest game of dodgeball, got 233 people to air guitar, gave custard pies to 120 people who threw them at each other, stuck 22 people on a single skateboard and got their fans to participate in a 10-hour, 12-minute and 54-second Guitar Hero World Tour marathon, during which drummer Pat Wilson played the world's smallest drum kit.

But the band somehow didn't set the record for largest 'W' made of nachos. You can see that W along with people setting records in the "Troublemaker" video:
