Tokyo Police Club Get Desperate

I've seen Tokyo Police Club perform once, which is one more time than I've watched Desperate Housewives (though I've seen Eva Longoria sitting in the stands at San Antonio Spurs games plenty of times while viewing televised basketball).
But I'll have the opportunity, and so will you, to check out both the band and the MILFs in one shot when Tokyo Police Club appear on an episode of the ABC show that's slated to air sometime in November. The Newmarket, Ont. quartet have been in Los Angeles this week taping the program, which will apparently showcase their acting abilities as well as their musical talents.
The primary male characters on the show (I'm not sure if they're desperate or not) apparently form a group and enter a battle of the bands contest at a local club, and one of their fiercest competitors is Tokyo Police Club.
If you're at Vancouver's General Motors Place on Friday night, you can judge for yourself how Tokyo Police Club rank versus Angels & Airwaves and Weezer. If I was a betting man, I'd wager on second-place.
