Carolyn Mark Blankets Western Canada

Colourful alt.country artist Carolyn Mark spent part of August in Toronto recording with NQ Arbuckle, and will do it again in December, so don't be surprised if you hear some new material when the party girl and terrible hostess hits the road in September.

The Victoria-based artist's most recent album is last year's Nothing Is Free. She's released four solo albums, a duets record, a tribute to the movie Nashville, and a CD with Neko Case as The Corn Sisters — all through Mint Records.
