Although Cursed frontman Chris Colohan recently posted on the band's blog that things were "over" after they were robbed in Europe earlier this month, Goodfellow Records says the band haven't officially broken up.
The band's label will make a statement early next month about Cursed's future after the group take some time to reflect and think about things.
"A number of websites have posted that the band has already broken up," says Goodfellow's Sean Palmerston. "While it does look like this is a probability, the band has not yet made a final decision about it as a collective whole."
Cursed were robbed of their passports and money set aside to pay for the costs of their European tour. Palmerston says the band have since returned home to Canada, but still have to pay for backline rentals and a van from the tour. Goodfellow's Chris Logan has set up a PayPal account for donations, which will go towards helping the band repay their debts. If you'd like to help Cursed, you can email donations to paulyspasta@hotmail.com with "CURSED DONATION" in the subject line.
