Buck 65 Robbed In Victoria

Buck 65 was robbed of about $5,000 worth of audio and recording gear during a May 8 performance at Victoria’s Alix Goolden Hall.
Buck’s manager noticed the missing equipment around 11:30 p.m. while the lyrical scratcher was entertaining a full house of fans in British Columbia’s capital. The show went on, but the missing gear is still important to the Mt. Uniacke, N.S. native (real name Richard Terfry) who has been touring the country with Cadence Weapon and Skratch Bastid until things wrapped up in Tofino, B.C. on May 10.
Perhaps even more vital than the stolen equipment is 40 hours of video footage that Buck had been assembling for a DVD that also went missing. While Victoria police are investigating the incident, Buck has promised to turn a blind eye and ask no questions if the video footage makes its way back to him.
