Hawksley Workman, Sarah Harmer And Others To Play Music Fund Gig

Hawksley Workman, Sarah Harmer, Serena Ryder, Great Lake Swimmers, Danny Michel and others will play a one-off gig called The Blue Revue to raise awareness and money for a new music fund.
The show will be held on June 19 at Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theatre. It will raise money for The Blue Marble Music Fund, which was founded in memory of Bonnie O'Donnell of Pandyamonium Artist Management, who managed Workman, Ryder and others. O'Donnell passed away in January.
Tickets to The Blue Revue are $30 (plus applicable charges) and are on sale now at Ticketmaster, maplemusic.com and Toronto's Criminal Records and Soundscapes.
Ryder dedicated her new artist of the year Juno Award to O'Donnell earlier this month. The Blue Marble Music Fund will honour O'Donnell's memory in a different way: It will support music education by funding scholarships, bursaries and awards for students, and will also help musicians in financial need and people who want to launch a music career.
