Buck 65, Bry Webb, Shad And Others On This Beautiful City Soundtrack

This Beautiful City, a film which debuted at last September's Toronto International Film Festival, features an impressive all-Canadian soundtrack that will hit stores on May 20 via Resolute.

Buck 65, Constantines' Bry Webb, Shad and Jewish Legend with Sebastien Grainger contributed previously unreleased songs to the soundtrack. Some of the artists on the album will perform in conjunction with a May 23 showing of the movie at Toronto's The Royal.

This Beautiful City was shot in Toronto by first-time writer/director Ed Gass-Donnelly and garnered best actor (Aaron Poole) and actress (Caroline Cave) ACTRA Awards earlier this year. It's appearing at a number of film festivals in the U.S., and one in the Barbados, this month.
