Feist swept the Juno Awards this weekend, winning all five awards for which she was nominated.
The puppet lover and Elmo's new best friend took home awards for artist and songwriter of the year, as well as single of the year for "1234." The Reminder was named best album and pop album.
Feist now has a total of nine Junos. Her first came in 2003 when she and her friends in Broken Social Scene won a best alternative album award for You Forgot It In People. Broken Social Scene won the same award again three years later for their self-titled album. Feist won two more Junos in 2005, when Let It Die picked up the best alternative album award and she was chosen as that year's best new artist.
Blue Rodeo took the best group award and Small Miracles won for adult alternative album of the year. Arcade Fire's Neon Bible received the best alternative album award. Francois Miron and Tracy Maurice won the best CD/DVD artwork prize for Neon Bible, which has a cover featuring a photograph of a flickering six-foot neon sign.
Serena Ryder won the best new artist award, while Wintersleep were declared best new group. Your votes gave Michael Buble the Doritos Juno Fan Choice Award. Barbadian dance-pop star Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad was named best international album.
Feist has just announced a series of arena dates scheduled for late summer and fall. Tickets go on sale on Saturday morning. The dates are listed at the bottom of this page.
