Juno Cup Hockey Team To Feature Sloan, Wintersleep, Shout Out Out Out Out Members

As musicians gear up for this year's Juno Awards in Calgary, they're also teaming up for something a little less musical and a little more contact sports — the fifth annual Juno Cup hockey game on April 4.
The Juno Cup pits the celebrity team, the Rockers, against an all-star line-up, the NHL Greats. All proceeds from the game will go to MusiCan, the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences' music education program.
This year, the Rockers have added nine new members to their roster: Juno nominees Aaron Lines, Blue Rodeo's Greg Keelor and Wintersleep's Tim D'Eon, Dave Brenner and Dean Back (Theory Of A Deadman), Craig Northey (The New Odds), Francois Lamoureux, Gravy (Shout Out Out Out Out) and Scott Henderson (Souls In Rhythm). They'll be joining veteran Rockers' team captain Jim Cuddy (Blue Rodeo), Sloan's Andrew Scott and Chris Murphy, Tom Cochrane and members of State of Shock and IllScarlett.
The Greats team includes players Bob Probert, Brad Dalgarno, Colin Patterson, Doug Gilmour, Jamie Macoun, Lanny McDonald, Mark Napier, Mike Pelyk, Paul Coffey and Russ Courtnall.
TSN's Michael Landsberg will be on hand to announce the live play-by-play commentary for the game's two periods and the skills competition.
The Juno Cup will take place at Calgary's Stampede Corral on April 4.
