Kimya Dawson has received most of the attention for The Moldy Peaches songs on the hit Juno soundtrack, but don't forget her former bandmate, Adam Green. His fifth full-length solo album, Sixes & Sevens, will be released on March 18 by Rough Trade.

The album incorporates Green's newfound love for honky-tonk (acquired after a visit to Nashville), a gospel choir recruited from a Brooklyn, New York church, and jazz musician Don Cherry's Holy Mountain soundtrack. Green recruited Steven Mertens (The Moldy Peaches' bassist), Nathan Brown (keyboards) and Parker Kindred (drums) and other friends who would stop by the studio while recording with longtime producer Dan Myers. David Campbell (Beck, Cat Power) did the arranging.

"There is an aspect to the record that's very thought-out and produced and methodical, but there is also this drunken aspect that's sort of free," says Green.

Sixes & Sevens can be previewed on Green's MySpace page. He just released his Morning After Midnight EP on iTunes. It includes "Morning After Midnight," the only track from Sixes & Sevens, as well as "Bald Eagle Scientists" and "Heart Attack."

Here are the tracks on Sixes & Sevens:

"Festival Song"
"Tropical Island"
"Cannot Get Sicker"
"That Sounds Like A Pony"
