The Breeders Are Set To Make Another Splash With Mountain Battles

If you miss music circa 1993, mark April 8 on your calendar. That's the day The Breeders will issue their fourth album, Mountain Battles.
The follow-up to 2002's Title TK features the sibling duo of vocalist/guitarist Kim and guitarist/vocalist Kelley Deal, along with bassist Mando Lopez and drummer Jose Mendeles. The 4AD release was produced by Steve Albini, who Kim previously worked with when recording with the Pixies, and features 13 new tracks.
The Breeders are touring North America in support of Mountain Battles. Canadians can catch them at Toronto's Phoenix Concert Theatre on March 8 and at Vancouver's Richard's On Richards on May 23.
