Meet The Juno Nominees: Justin Nozuka

Nineteen-year-old Justin Nozuka is much more than the brother of R&B hitmaker, George. His self-recorded Holly debut netted him a management deal with Coalition, which got the LP released through Warner Music Canada. Nozuka is up against Belly, Serena Ryder, Jeremy Fisher and Rock Star: INXS loser Suzie McNeil for the best new artist Juno.
ChartAttack: Don't be modest, how do you feel about being nominated?
Justin Nozuka: It feels great. I'm pretty excited about it.
What was your musical highlight of the last year?
Just being on tour in my van. It was great travelling.
Name something you'd do with your trophy other than put it on your mantle.
Oh man, I don't even know, other than drive it around the country or something. I'd just put it up somewhere.
Triumph are this year's Canadian Music Hall Of Fame inductees. What's your favourite Triumph song?
Who are they?
Feist or Avril, who wins in a cage fight?
Oh, Feist.
Who is the first person you'll thank if you win?
Probably my mom.
