Chart's annual Canadian Music Week showcases held in partnership with Toronto's Horseshoe Tavern will feature three nights of great music, and we can now reveal much of the lineup for Thurs. March 6.

Vancouver's Immaculate Machine, Halifax's Dog Day, Toronto's Katie Stelmanis, Ottawa's The Acorn and three other acts we can't name yet (just because we want to keep you in suspense) will all be part of the fun.

Immaculate Machine (who include New Pornographer Kathryn Calder on vocals and keyboards) just completed a European tour in support of last year's fine Fables album, which topped ChartAttack's campus/community radio chart. Dog Day created a buzz last year with their Night Group album and were invited to play across Canada, the U.S. and Europe. Stelmanis' Join Us debut was just released and debuted at #6 on ChartAttack's campus/community radio chart. The Acorn's Glory Hope Mountain attracted a lot of attention last year, and that's now spreading south, as the band will play the South By Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas and other U.S. dates over the next six weeks.

As for the two bands we've been sworn to secrecy about for the next three weeks, we know you'll be pleased. The only clue we'll give you is that one of them is from Montreal. In addition to those two, a "high energy rock band" will keep the party going after 2 a.m. in conjunction with the Horseshoe's extended liquor licence.

A limited number of advance tickets will go on sale for $8.50 on Feb. 5. A limited number of CMW wristbands and passes will also be accepted at the door.

Here's the lineup schedule:

8:30-9 p.m. Immaculate Machine
9:20-9:50 p.m. Dog Day
10:10-10:50 p.m. Katie Stelmanis
11:10-11:50 The Acorn
12:10-12:50 a.m. TBA
1:10-2:10 a.m. TBA
2:30 a.m. TBA
