Vancouver alternative pop trio No Kids want to welcome you to their music with the Feb. 19 Tomlab release of their full-length debut, Come Into My House.
No Kids are comprised of three-quarters of P:ano: multi-instrumentalists Julia Chirka and Justin Kellam, and singer/songwriter Nick Krgovich. Their broad-sweeping, 41-minute album was recorded locally at The Hive Studio and somewhat unusually took its name from a 1989 Queen Latifah single. It will be released on CD, vinyl and online by the German label.
Lead single "For Halloween" can be heard on Tomlab's website.
P:ano released four albums, with the most recent being 2005's Ghost Pirates Without Heads.
Here are the songs on Come Into My House:
"Great Escape""For Halloween"
"The Beaches All Closed"
"Bluster In The Air"
"I Love The Weekend"
"Four Freshmen Locked Out As The Sun Goes Down"
"Old Iron Gate"
"You Look Good To Me"
"Listen For It/Courtyard Music"
"Dancing In The Stacks"
"Neighbour's Party"
"The Puddle"
