Snoop Dogg has had his share of problems at airports over the past few years, and now Bjork is following in his footsteps. She allegedly attacked a photographer as she arrived at New Zealand's Auckland International Airport on Sunday in an incident not unlike one she was involved in 12 years ago.
The Icelandic performer, who's in the country to perform at the Big Day Out concert on Friday, was accompanied by an unnamed man who asked New Zealand Herald photographer Glenn Jeffrey not to take any shots of his companion.
"I took a couple of pictures and I got about three or four frames of her... and as I turned and walked away she came up behind me, grabbed the back of my black skivvy [T-shirt] and tore it down the back," Jeffrey told the New Zealand Press Association. "As she did this, she fell over, she fell to the ground. At no stage did I touch her or speak with her."
While Bjork apparently stayed silent during the skirmish, Jeffrey said her friend repeated, 'B, don't do this. B, don't do this.'"
Neither Jeffrey nor his employer plan to lay charges against the former Sugarcubes frontwoman, and police said they weren't investigating the incident.
Bjork, who said in an interview earlier this month that she drinks a quart of vodka every Friday, previously attacked a journalist at the airport in Bangkok, Thailand in 1996.
