Rivers Cuomo Goes It Alone With Album Of Home Recordings

Alone — The Home Recordings Of Rivers Cuomo, a collection of the Weezer singer's demos from the past 15 years, will be released by Geffen on Dec. 18.
The collection features previously unheard songs, an early version of Weezer's breakthrough "Buddy Holly" single from their 1994 self-titled debut and material from the "Black Hole" sessions that led to 1996's Pinkerton.
Cuomo also has a book in the works and has been labouring on Weezer's sixth album, Tout Ensemble. It's scheduled to arrive in stores on April 22.
