Lily Allen Gets Catty On Spice Girl Again

London-based pop star Lily Allen is at it again. Although this time she convinces herself that making fun of Spice Girl Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham is not being mean.

In an interview with the U.K.'s The Mail On Sunday's You magazine, Allen showed off her new slimmed-down, glammed-up look while trying to convince Britain she is now in a happier place.

In past interviews, Allen has hated on everyone from Cheryl Cole to President Bush, with the Posh one being a favourite target. On Beckham, Allen says she laughs when she sees the singer on magazine covers because Beckham's "not promoting anything... it's all about being famous."

It's a far softer remark than when Allen called Posh "horrendous" back in April.

Unrelatedly, Allen's new style and newly trim body is being accompanied by a deal with Braun hair straighteners.

"To an extent I have sold out, but I don't feel bad about it because I know I have ability as a musician, and if the music industry was in a good way I wouldn't have to do things like that," Allen says.

"I mean, I am well-off now, but I am not rich and we all want to be rich."

Allen further illuminated on her authentic music career when speaking about a recent Chanel fashion show she attended.

"I was front row again," she said. "I'm always in the front row, darling. I'll know it's all over when I find myself in row three."

Yeah, she has nothing to prove.
