The Mars Volta Bring Bedlam With New Release

California progressive rockers The Mars Volta will make their recorded debut with new drummer Thomas Pridgen when their new album The Bedlam In Goliath hits stores on Jan. 29 via Strummer Recordings/Universal.
The 12-track set was produced by the band's enigmatic frontman, composer and guitarist, Omar Rodriguez Lopez. It was engineered by Robert Carranza.
The follow-up to last year's Amputechture features contributions from Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante, a frequent collaborator going back to The Mars Volta's 2003 debut, De-Loused In The Comatorium.
The band will tour in support of The Bedlam In Goliath next year after headlining a costumed New Year's Eve bash in San Francisco.
Here are the songs on The Bedlam In Goliath:
"Aberinkula"
"Metatron"
"Hyena"
"Wax Simulacra"
"Goliath"
"Tourniquet Man"
"Cavalettas"
"Agadez"
"Askepios"
"Ouroboros"
"Soothsayer"
"Conjugal Burns"
