Live Earth Highlights Compiled For CD, DVD And Digital Releases

Highlights from Live Earth: The Concerts For A Climate In Crisis, which took over the world with live performances across the globe on July 7, will be available in CD and DVD formats on Nov. 20, while a separate digital album will be available for download two weeks earlier.
All proceeds from sales of the Warner Bros. collections will go to the Alliance For Climate Protection.
Spearheaded by former U.S. vice-president Al Gore, Live Earth consisted of concerts in New Jersey, London, Sydney, Tokyo, Shanghai, Rio De Janeiro, Johannesburg and Hamburg. More than 150 musicians from around the world participated in the event, which was held to raise awareness of global warming.
