Wu-Tang Clan MC Method Man's first full-length concert DVD, Live From The Sunset Strip, will be released in two different versions by MVD Visual.
The normal version, with 5.1 Surround Sound audio, will come out on Oct. 30. A high-definition DVD will be available on Dec. 11.
In addition to the concert (which includes a tribute to late Wu-Tang member Ol' Dirty Bastard) there are interviews with Method Man and X Clan's Brother J, behind-the-scenes footage and a photo gallery.
Method Man (real name Clifford Smith) was the first Wu-Tang member to release a solo album with 1994's Tical. He has put out three more solo efforts since then and is working on a new album called Crystal Method. He has also acted in a number of movies and television shows.
Method Man accepted a plea bargain in August to carry out community service in connection with his May arrest for driving under the influence of marijuana.
The release of Wu-Tang's long-awaited 8 Diagrams has been pushed back a few times, but the album is now scheduled to come out on Dec. 4.
Here are Method Man's Canadian tour dates:
