Subtle Invite TV On The Radio And Wolf Parade Members To Recreate Past Material On Yell & Ice

Eclectic Oakland, California hip-hop group Subtle will release a collaborator-heavy, nine-track mini-album on Oct. 23 via Lex Records.
Yell & Ice features remixes and remakes of songs from the band's earlier For Hero: For Fool album, and acts as sort of a sequel to their previous collaboration/remix project, Wishingbone. It's stacked with guest artists, including Why?, TV On The Radio's Tunde Adebimpe, Wolf Parade's Dan Boeckner, The Notwist's Markus Archer and Bracken & Hood's Chris Adams.
Subtle — comprised of Adam "Doseone" Drucker (vocals, samples), Jeffrey "Jel" Logan (electronic drums), Jordan Dalrymple (drums, guitar, vocals), Dax Pierson (vocals, synthesizer, programming), Martin Dowers (winds, keyboards) and Alexander Kort (electric cello) — are working on their next album, ExitingArm, which is expected next May through Load.
Here are the tracks on Yell & Ice:
"Falling"
"Middleclass Haunt"
"Deathful"
"Islandmind"
"Pit Within Pits"
