Plants And Animals Tour With New EP

Plants And Animals signed with Montreal's Secret City Records in June and, though their Parc Avenue full-length won't be ready until early next year, their With/Avec EP will arrive on Oct. 23.

The four-song, 25-minute EP features new songs "Lola Who?" and "Trials & Tribulations," Parc Avenue's "Faerie Dance" and a live studio recording of an old original called "Guru."

The Montreal pop-rock trio recently opened tours for Wolf Parade and Andrew Bird and will play the Pop Montreal festival on Friday. After a couple of Ontario shows, the band will perform in Reykjavik at the Oct. 17 to 21 Iceland Airwaves Festival before returning home for a cross-Canada tour.
