Uncle Kracker can never be considered a one-hit-wonder. The singer's latest hit landed on a woman last month.
The former Kid Rock DJ pleaded guilty on Friday to a misdemeanor assault charge arising from the Aug. 17 incident in a Raleigh, North Carolina nightclub.
The singer (real name Matthew Shafer) put his hands up a 26-year-old woman's skirt at the club, according to Assistant District Attorney Adam Moyers, who said the woman then slapped Kracker. He slapped her back. Now that's tact.
Kracker, 33, was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $1,500 U.S. He was also ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment.
