Mick Jagger

Three previously unreleased songs will be included on Atlantic/Rhino's The Very Best Of Mick Jagger compilation that hits stores on Oct. 2.The most notable is 1973's "Too Many Cooks (Spoil The Soup)," which was produced by John Lennon. It features Cream bassist Jack Bruce, keyboardist Al Kooper and Harry Nilsson on backing vocals.

There are also two previously unreleased Rick Rubin-produced tracks on the album: a cover of Sonny Boy Williamson's "Checkin' Up On My Baby" with Los Angeles blues band The Red Devils; and "Charmed Life," which was remixed by Ashley Beedle.

More familiar highlights include Jagger and David Bowie's cover of Martha And The Vandellas' "Dancing In The Street," and his Peter Tosh collaboration, "(You've Got To Walk And) Don't Look Back."
