Comeback Kid Frontman's Side Project Sign With Smallman

Comeback Kid singer Andrew Neufeld's new band, Sights & Sounds, have signed with Winnipeg's Smallman Records.
Neufeld is joined in the group by his brother, Sick City's Joel Neufeld (drums), The Getaway's Adrian Mottram (guitar) and Matt Howes (bass). They first came together on New Year's Eve 2006 and, despite hectic touring schedules and geographical distance (the band members live in Winnipeg and Toronto), they met to write and record as often as possible. The result is a self-titled EP that comes out on July 10.
"The inspiration for the songs comes from life experience, current events, literature, poems and from reflections on the human condition," says Mottram.
Four songs from the EP can be heard on the quartet's MySpace page.
The band plan to tour in August, though no dates have been announced.
Here are the songs on Sights & Sounds:
"Reconcile"
"Night Train"
"Four Day Weekend"
"Lee's On Fridays"
"The Only Time"
"Part Two"
