Vancouver rockers Pride Tiger hit the road this week for a cross-Canada tour in support of the June 19 release of their EMI debut, The Lucky Ones.
Pride Tiger formed when Sunny Dhak (guitar, vocals), Matt Wood (drums, lead vocals) and Bob Froese (guitar, vocals) left Vancouver metal band 3 Inches Of Blood and joined forces with bassist Mike Payette, formerly of S.T.R.E.E.T.S.
The Lucky Ones was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Matt Hyde (Slayer, Sum 41). It follows the 2006 indie release, Wood, Dhak, Froese, Payette.
Lead single "The White Witch Woman Blues" and two other songs off the new album can be previewed on the band's MySpace page.
