White Cowbell Oklahoma Top Chart's NXNE Report Card Recipients

Another year, another North By Northeast Music Festival. The 13th annual event showcased more than 450 acts at 35 downtown Toronto venues.

Over the course of the three-night fest, ChartAttack reviewers compiled a total of 97 report cards. All the performers were graded on several criteria, including stage presence and banter, appearance, sound, songs, audience participation and level of inebriation.

A number of acts put up a good fight for the top spot but, in the end, only Toronto's White Cowbell Oklahoma came away with a perfect score for yet another of their notorious performances. Here are NXNE 2007's other top-scoring acts:
