Editors Come To An End On Album Two

Fans of Editors' 2005 debut album, The Back Room, are in for some good news: the group's new An End Has A Start doesn't sound much different.
The British quartet -- singer Tom Smith, guitarist Chris Urbanowicz, drummer Ed Lay and bassist Russell Leetch -- are especially popular in their homeland, where The Back Room debuted at #13 on the sales chart and is closing in on a platinum certification.
The new LP was recorded in Grouse Lodge, Ireland with producer Jacknife Lee (U2, Snow Patrol). It will be released in the U.K. on June 25 and arrive in North America via Epic on July 17. Lead single "Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors" will precede the album and can now be heard on the band's MySpace page.
Editors will play a series of music festivals in Europe and Japan through August. No Canadian dates have been scheduled.
Here are the songs on An End Has A Start:
"Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors"
"An End Has A Start"
"The Weight Of The World"
"Bones"
"When Anger Shows"
"The Racing Rats"
"Push Your Head Towards The Air"
"Escape The Nest"
"Spiders"
"Well Worn Hand"
