Cancer Bats Shriek And Shred Their Way Across Canada

Toronto hardcore band the Cancer Bats, named favourite metal act at last month's Canadian Independent Music Awards, have two Canadian tours booked for the spring and summer.
The hard-touring outfit, currently travelling through Europe with Rise Against and The Bronx, will traverse western Canada in late May and early June with The End, Bleeding Through and Risky Business. After that, they'll jet off to the U.K. for a few shows, then return to Canada to play Maritime dates with Alexisonfire and Attack In Black. The latter lineup will also hook up with Billy Talent for a Toronto show on July 13.
Hopefully, constant touring won't drain the Bats of the energy that earned them a score of 97 on their Chart Rock 'N' Roll Report Card during Canadian Music Week.
