Wolves Will Parade At Wolfe Island Musicfest

Montreal's Wolf Parade will headline this year's two-day Wolfe Island Musicfest on Aug. 10 and 11 just outside of Kingston, Ont.
The Sarah Harmer-fronted Weeping Tile, who occasionally reunite for gigs in the area, are also scheduled to play on day two along with Holy Fuck, Apostle Of Hustle and Chad VanGaalen.
Friday night belongs to the "Hootenanny Review" featuring Jim Bryson, Julie Fader, Jenny Whitely and Luther Wright.
Saturday will feature Born Ruffians, Spiral Beach, Basia Bulat, Nich Worby, Abrams Brothers and the newly renamed Young Rival, as well as the aforementioned acts.
The festival, in its ninth year, acts as a benefit for the Wolfe Island Community Centre. Admission for Friday costs $15, while Saturday's price goes up to $25. Reserving a camp site on the island will set you back $10. Tickets are available online through MapleMusic. More details can be found on the festival website.
