Marilyn Manson Has A New Soul Mate, And She's Barely Legal

Eccentric rocker Marilyn Manson has found love again.

ChartAttack first mentioned actress Evan Rachel Wood's suspected involvement in Manson and Dita Von Teese's divorce in January. Now, People.com is reporting that the shock rocker is head over heels for Wood and that she's his new soul mate.

"I've found my double, my twin, with my new girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood," Manson told France's Le Parisien newspaper.

"She's 19 and certainly that's very young," the 38 year old added. "But that's not a problem for me. She likes the same things as me. She understands I like to get up when night falls and go to sleep at dawn."

Manson was in Paris promoting his upcoming Eat Me, Drink Me album, which is expected to be released on June 5 and was inspired by his split from Von Teese.

"Our relationship ended at Halloween," Manson said. "I was completely destroyed psychologically. I'd rented a house and begun working on this disc, which sort of tells everything that happened to me during the past year."

It was suggested that Manson's hard-partying ways and distant behaviour were the initial causes of Von Teese filing for divorce in December.

Wood and Manson met on the set of his upcoming film, Phantasmagoria: The Visions Of Lewis Carroll. Soon after, she attended his Los Angeles art gallery opening — where two portraits of Wood painted by Manson were on display — and rumours started to surface about their mutual attraction.

Von Teese and Manson are still sorting out the custody battle over their two cats, Lily and Aleister. There's no word on how their two dachshunds, Greta and Eva, are taking the divorce.
